End User License Agreement

Bonuses

Customers of BetCorp are eligible to receive free bonuses from time to time, including a free bonus when signing up and for referrals. Said free bonuses, as to it's amount and issuance, shall be subject to the discretion of BetCorp, and shall be non-transferable and non-refundable. Bonus is only valid if customers have fulfilled the following: Sportsbook or Casino betting activity totaling at least five times the amount of the deposit plus the bonus. [For example, if one deposits $100 and is granted a 10% bonus, they must simply make wagers totaling $550 before they can withdraw the $10 bonus]. If a customer requests a payment of any amount before they have had fulfilled the wagering requirement the bonus will not be valid and will be deducted. At this time the $10.00 sign up bonus is only offered to customers from the United States, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy and the United Kingdom. There is bonus limit of $200. Customers from Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Costa Rica and Norway are not eligible for any bonuses.

Taxes

BetCorp will not disclose details of individual's net winnings or losses. This is the responsibility of the individual, and if you reside in a jurisdiction where your winnings are taxable you must keep track of those winnings and report them to the proper authorities.

Age Restrictions

No one under the age of 18 years is permitted to wager at BetCorp. Our "Play For Fun" section is available for those who are under the age of 18 or are in jurisdictions where Internet gaming is illegal.

Discrepancies

Account balances must be verified by the customer on each Internet log-on prior to wagering. When you verify and accept your account balance you agree that all previous transactions are correct and you do not have any claims. Claims or disputes must be settled prior to making any further wagers and within THREE days from the date of the wager. All phone calls to BetCorp will be recorded on tape. All Internet transactions will be saved to a file and the file will be saved on a tape back-up system. In all cases of dispute, both management and the customer agree that the tape recording or file tape back-up shall serve as the final authority in the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly

Disputes

Notwithstanding anything in this agreement, in the event of any dispute regarding a wager or winnings, the decision of BetCorp will be final and binding in all matters. In order for an investigation to be begin, the formal request at http://cprocessing.com/player/ must be filled out.

Limit on player winnings

The maximum dollar amount that may be won by an individual customer, syndicate or partners on a weekly basis is one hundred thousand (100, 000.00) dollars U.S. currency or equivalent. This maximum shall apply independently of the number of wagers placed or pending or the amount wagered or pending, the number of accounts open with CPC and it shall be incumbent upon the bettor (customer) to ensure that his/her weekly return does not exceed the aforesaid limit. The total winnings across all accounts administered by CPC is limited to 100,000 dollars US currency per week.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, BetCorp reserves it's rights to credit any account or group of accounts controlled by an individual customer, syndicate or partners, to a weekly maximum of one hundred thousand (100, 000.00) dollars U.S. currency or equivalent, and/or to debit any account or group of accounts which have been credited a weekly amount in winnings of more than one hundred thousand (100, 000.00) dollars U.S. currency or equivalent. Any parlay or future bets shall be judged to have been placed during the week of the result of the last event in the parlay or future bet(s).

For the purposes of section, a week shall be defined as Sunday midnight thru Saturday 23:59.59 EST.

Syndicate Policy

"Any and all bets - placed in an attempt in any way to defraud this Sportsbook and/or made by or contracted by any bookmaker(s), gambling syndicate, and/or any person(s), parties, organization(s), friends or relatives either individually or in partnership or in conjunction with any other person(s), parties, organization(s), friends, relatives, firm or corporation in any manner whatsoever who carry on or are engaged in or be concerned with or interested in or advise, lend money to, guarantee the debts or obligations of any business of the kind or similar to the kind of business of professional gambling - shall be voided and the balances in such accounts shall be returned and the accounts shall be closed."

Termination of Agreement

The agreement between BetCorp and the user may be terminated by the player at the player's request. Or if deemed necessary BetCorp reserves the right to revoke the agreement between the user and BetCorp.

Password

You are solely responsible for the security of your PIN and your password. Should you inadvertently let someone else know your PIN and/or password you shall contact BetCorp immediately and change your PIN and/or password. Customers are responsible for any unauthorized use of their account. In the event that a third party places a bet or is thought to have placed a bet, said bet shall be valid, whether or not the alleged third party had the prior consent or knowledge of the customer. Under no circumstances will any bet be cancelled for that reason. In the event that a customer suspects that a third party may have it's password or username, the customer may at anytime ask that BetCorp furnish the customer with a new password and username.

When choosing a password, BetCorp recommends you follows these guidelines:

Do not use all lower case letters,
Do use numbers and or symbols,
Do use a mix of upper and lower case letters.
Withdrawing Funds

Before the user can withdraw funds a PIN number will be sent via email to the email address you submitted with your account registration. Only one withdrawal is allowed per month. Additional withdrawals within a one week time period will be charged a nominal fee.
We reserve the right to request additional forms of identification before sending a withdrawal.

Confidentiality

BetCorp shall undertake to maintain your anonymity unless you agree to your identity being used for future publicity or other purposes.

Liability of BetCorp

The decisions of BetCorp management will be final and binding in all matters between BetCorp and users.

Laws regarding gaming vary throughout the world, and it is the responsibility of users to ensure that they understand and comply fully with any laws or regulations relevant to themselves in their own country. All players of the BetCorp games must be at least 18 years of age.

Players are responsible for withdrawing or playing out any funds, which are held in the user's account. BetCorp does not undertake to notify users that they have outstanding balances to collect. If an account is inactive for longer than 6 months, the user will forfeit the outstanding balance.
Any wager made by the player will be BetCorp's liability in respect to any claim or loss.

BetCorp shall reserve the right to suspend or withdraw any game at its' absolute discretion.

Management reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager.

All personal details of all users will be held in confidence unless users agree to their identities and details being used for future publicity purposes.

In the event of the cancellation of any game for any reason, BetCorp will not be liable.

BetCorp will not be liable in the following scenarios:
-In the event of force majeure
-The failure of BetCorp's central computer system or any part thereof
-For delays, losses, errors, or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or any other data transmission system
-For any loss as a result of any act of God
-For an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism
-For the acts of Government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent)
-For fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout, or industrial action of any kind

BetCorp and the player shall not commit or purport to commit the other to honor any obligation other than is specifically provided for by these Rules

BetCorp accepts no liability for any damages, which may be caused to the user by the interception or misuse of any information transmitted over the Internet

Management reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager.

Management reserves the right to refuse any deposit made from an individual to an account opened in the name of another person. (For example a deposit from a Paypal account name of John Smith for deposit to a BetCorp account name of Bob Jones)

These Rules constitute the entire Agreement and understanding between BetCorp and the user. In the event of there being a discrepancy between the English language version of these rules and any other language version the English language version will be deemed to be correct.

Sporting Events

Las Vegas rules, regulations, payoffs and wager types apply where not covered herein.

All sporting events must be played on date and site scheduled unless otherwise specified. Sporting events postponed by more than 12 hours and or rescheduled, will constitute "No Action," and all money will be credited accordingly.

All bets must be made and accepted, before the start of the game/event wagered. Any bet placed or received after the start of the game/event wagered, will be void.

Management reserves the right to limit the maximum amount wagered, prior to acceptance of any bet. Customers are not permitted to open multiple accounts in order to bypass the limits imposed by the system. If multiple accounts are used then all bets will be void.

In the event that monies are credited to a customer's account, it is incumbent upon the customer to notify BetCorp of the aforesaid error without delay. Any winnings realized after the error, whether directly or indirectly subsequent to the error but prior to notification of BetCorp, shall be void.

BetCorp does not recognize suspended games, protests, scoring amendments, result reversals and overturned decisions for wagering purposes.

In order for a bet to be valid, a customer must receive a bet number confirming from BetCorp that the bet has been accepted. This will be via a confirmation message that will appear on your screen.

Once accepted bets cannot be cancelled or amended in any way, either by the customer or by Management.

Every effort will be made to ensure that all information available on the the Internet site is accurate. However, if an error is made in the prices or conditions published on-line, we reserve the right to correct any mistakes and to settle any bets already laid at the correct price.

Winners and losers are official after:

Football - NCAA & NFL - 55 minutes of play

Basketball - NBA - 43 minutes of play

Basketball - NCAA - 35 minutes of play

Hockey - NHL - 55 minutes of play

All other sporting events - 55 minutes of play

Overtime periods, quarters or extra innings are counted in the final score when wagering on totals.

On half time wagers, overtime periods are included as part of the 2nd half.

Other Sports: All other contests that involve a scheduled length of play or time limit must play to their conclusion or have five minutes or less of the scheduled playing time remaining when the contest concludes to be considered official for wagering purposes.
Accounts

Customers may not open multiple accounts, performing such an action may trigger an audit on your account, and /or void winnings accrued by the customer. Customers may not have more than one active sportsbook account. Only one account holder is allowed per account - account sharing is prohibited.

Customer Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that we have their current address on file at all times. Customers may only have one address on file at a time, and this address MUST match the billing address of ALL cards that have been used on the account. Any failure on the customer's part to do this may result in an audit on the customer's account.

Multiple Credit Cards

The maximum number of credit cards allowed for use in one account is five.

Legality

BetCorp's games are played over the Internet which reaches virtually every country in the world. Some of these jurisdictions have not addressed the legality of Internet gaming, while some have specifically made Internet gaming illegal. In practical terms, it is impossible for BetCorp to determine the state of the law in every country, state, and province around the world on an ongoing basis. Therefore, by clicking the "I agree" button, you are acknowledging that you have determined what the laws are in your jurisdiction, and that it is legal for you to place a bet via the Internet, and for BetCorp to receive your bet via the Internet. Should there be any discrepancy in the legality of any transactions between yourself and BetCorp, or any of it's affiliates, the matter shall be determined by a court of competent jurisdiction in the country of Antigua, which is where BetCorp is incorporated and where it conducts business. Any matter to be adjudicated shall be determined utilizing the laws of Antigua.
